OT trace anybody with a cell phone with Google Earth

Not a tech guy but I believe you just punch in the cell number and GPS and cell tower trianulation you can zoom in on your person of interest. This can zoom into the house/building they are in. Scary, is this the end of cheating spouses. Not sure if I can post a link it is "phonetrace" and the end is .org
